A stylish studio space — perfect for portraits, branding sessions, boudoir, maternity, family photos, commercial content, and everything in between.

Studio rentals are available on Fridays from 9 AM – 6 PM. Plus select additional dates added throughout the month.

The calendar below on this page reflects all available options. If a time isn't shown, it’s not available.

Pick a date/time on the calendar and submit your request. We will email you an invoice + rental agreement.
Only after payment is made + agreement is signed. Requests are not held without both.
$250/hour + 5% county occupancy tax · 1-hour minimum.
Extra time = $250/hour (or portion).
No — all studio bookings are non-refundable.
Up to 77 total, including clients + vendors.
Yes — no unsupervised minors. A parent/guardian must remain present.
The venue may have clients on-site for meetings or event prep happening at the same time. You may see guests/vendors in common areas.
No — this rental is for the Second Floor Studio only. Written permission is needed to access other sections of the building.
Yes — as long as it’s professional and tasteful. No pornographic, obscene, hateful, or offensive content.
You do — and it must all happen within your paid time.
Yes — we reserve the right to refuse any booking.
