Whether you're planning a full wedding day, getting married somewhere meaningful and celebrating your reception at The Gallery House, or planning something small and intimate, we have a package designed to fit the way you want to celebrate.
Every wedding package includes tables, chairs, black linens, venue staff, and full cleanup. Your package determines the spaces, hours, and additional amenities included.
All prices are subject to 5% County Occupancy Tax.
Premier Wedding Package
$5,500
Your full-day wedding experience.
The Premier Package is our most complete wedding package and is designed for couples who want to use The Gallery House for the entire wedding day—from setup and rehearsal on Friday through the ceremony and reception on Saturday.

For a ceremony followed immediately by the reception, we accommodate up to 125 guests.
Planning a larger reception? A small ceremony at The Gallery House followed by a reception of up to 200 guests, or an off-site cocktail hour, may be a better fit.
Celebration Package
$3,350
A full-day wedding rental with flexibility to make it your own.
The Celebration Package gives you a full Saturday at The Gallery House for a ceremony and reception or a reception-only wedding.

Micro Wedding Package

A smaller guest list without giving up the wedding-day experience
Our Micro Wedding Package is designed for celebrations of up to 100 guests while still giving you access to the spaces that make getting married at The Gallery House special.

Bridal & Groom's Suites Rental

Start your wedding day here
Not every couple needs a full venue rental for the morning. If you're getting married somewhere else and want a beautiful place to get ready, take photos, and spend time with your wedding party, our Bridal & Groom's Suites Rental gives you five hours to start the day at The Gallery House.

Five hours for pre-ceremony preparation, photos, and celebrating with your crew. Available based on venue availability.

A simple way to celebrate saying "I do"
Just Married is an intimate wedding experience for couples who want a meaningful ceremony and a little time to celebrate afterward without planning a full wedding day.
The package accommodates the couple plus up to 10 guests.
2-hour rental
Your two-hour window includes ceremony setup and celebration time.

If you're planning both your ceremony and reception here, the Premier, Celebration, or Micro Wedding Package may be the right fit depending on your guest count and the experience you want.
Are you getting married somewhere else?
A reception at The Gallery House can be a great fit for couples getting married at a church, family property, or another meaningful ceremony location.
The Premier and Celebration Packages can accommodate reception-only weddings, while the Bridal & Groom's Suites Rental is an option if you primarily need a place to get ready before heading to your ceremony.
Are you planning a smaller wedding?
For celebrations of up to 100 guests, take a look at our Micro Wedding Package.
For a very small ceremony with just your closest people, Just Married may be all you need.
What's Included in Every Wedding Package?
No matter which wedding package you choose, some of the things you need most are already taken care of.
Tables
Tables are provided with your rental. Exact quantities depend on your package.
Chairs
White folding chairs are provided with your wedding package.
Black Linens
Black linens are included with every wedding package.
Venue Staff
Our venue staff is on-site throughout your rental period to assist with trash and general venue-related needs.
Full Cleanup
You don't clean the venue.
At the end of your event, you take your personal belongings and anything you brought in. Our team handles the trash, sweeping, and full venue cleanup.
You take your things. We take care of the rest.
What Else Should I Know Before Booking?
How do I secure my date?
A $500 security deposit and signed contract are required to officially secure your wedding date.
Can I choose my own vendors?
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own wedding vendors. Vendors must be insured and licensed when required.
Can we have a rehearsal?
Yes. The Premier Package includes Friday access from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM for setup, decorating, and your ceremony rehearsal.
Can we have alcohol?
Yes. Alcohol service must follow our venue policies and Indiana requirements. You can work with a licensed caterer or bar with a three-way permit, or use The Gallery House bartending and bar set-up service with a temporary beer/wine permit.
When does the wedding have to end?
The venue closes at 11:00 PM, so all events have a hard cutoff at 10:30 PM. Alcohol service must end 30 minutes before the event ends.
Is a planning meeting included?
Yes. Wedding packages include a mandatory planning session approximately 3–4 weeks before your event to finalize layouts, timelines, and other details.
Can we visit the venue again after booking?
Yes! We want you to feel prepared for the big day. Return visits are available upon request.
